At Improbable we believe the success of our titles hinges on our relationships with our players - and that at the core of those relationships is how well we connect with, partner and leverage those with the most influence over our players. As the Influencer Manager for our global game studios, you will be responsible for creating a global Influencer strategy on how we will be able to connect, partner with and leverage Influencers as part of our go to market strategy for Improbable’s internally-developed titles. This includes identifying the most relevant influencers based on audience fit, size and approach, and establishing, building and developing Improbables relationships with streamers, content creators with an eye towards how we can help them achieve their goals.
Areas for Impact
You will work closely with the Head of Publishing to establish strategy, vision, goals internally that will benefit our streamers and content creators across the globe. You will be a key member of our Publishing department, instrumental in both its short and long-term growth & success. You will set strategy for our Influencer agency, ensure they operate in lock step with the rest of our publishing campaign and be the point of escalation for any Influencer needs.

/ You’re experienced in building relationships with content creators across Twitch, Youtube and any other social platforms our creators are native to, because that’s where you spend most of your time too.
/ You are comfortable working with the wider Publishing and Marketing team to ensure we represent our studio’s brands and Improbables values in all relationships.
/ You’re experienced in strategically orchestrating Influencer plans including determining timing, Influencer selection, and strategy.
The ability to establish and develop best practices for our long-term success as this team grows, always putting our content creators professional and personal wellbeing first.
/ You have a deep understanding of different game audiences, where they live online, how to engage with them and most importantly, have a deep desire to help elevate them.
/ You enjoy Leading and Mentoring, whether that be across your peers, more junior team members, or people in the wider business that are keen to understand our team and vision.
