Reporting to the Art Director, your role is to lead the Animation Team of a SpatialOS game built in Unreal. You will help to define and set the benchmark for our in-game animation, utilising your extensive experience to help Improbable create class-leading AAA character animation.
You will lead an experienced animation team with team members located in both Cambridge and London. You will also be liaising with multiple games and technology teams within Improbable to share knowledge and help define how we build and implement animation content as a company. You will be expected to facilitate quick iteration, timely delivery of requested features and the generation of high quality animation assets.
You will collate and distribute all forms of feedback and request features, working with production to help define priorities and roadmaps. You will anticipate risks, spot gaps and direct your team in generating all required animation content.
