Your Mission

You will be tasked with attracting and hiring world-class executive talent from across the globe, predominantly at CxO or VP level. You will conduct and facilitate searches (using both search firms and directly where possible) overseeing the entire hiring process for executive hiring. You will articulate what it means to be Improbable, present our story and describe the 'scope for impact' the opportunity presents.

This opportunity is presented initially as a 6-month contract opportunity but a permanent role remains a consideration for the right person.


  • Extensive experience as an Executive Recruiter within a Technology or Games organisation, or on behalf of a reputable search firm with a strong history for delivering for those organisations
  • Deep appreciation for the search process combined with operational rigour
  • Comfortable working across a range of roles at executive level
  • Strong network and relationships with extraordinary professionals across the globe in technology and/or games organisations
  • Exceptional written and verbal English - inviting, compelling, influential, thoughtful, articulate
  • High levels of emotional intelligence - able to interpret, anticipate, empathise and adjust in every scenario
  • Recruitment scars - you’re able to anticipate and act based on previous experiences given the warning signs, obstacles and pitfalls associated with senior hiring
  • Organised, methodical, timely, structured, efficient and precise
  • Comfortable operating under ambiguity and uncertainty
