The way we communicate with our audiences at Improbable is key. How we communicate that to our Players is at the heart of our journey to changing the way the world experiences multiplayer games.
As the Digital Marketing Art Designer, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching, visually appealing assets and collateral for the games we are bringing to market (the first being Scavengers). That includes creating still images, motion graphics, animated GIFs and potentially short-form video assets and screenshots for use on all of our digital marketing channels (social media, www.playscavengers.com etc).

You will own the full span of the Scavengers brand, understanding how to start, build and sustain a brand will be key to your success!
In this design-oriented role, you will have a hands-on impact on how we present our games to players. Your work will be informed by our core marketing and messaging strategies, communicating the promise of our games in a compelling visual fashion.

We'd like to hear from you if you embody the following:
/3-5 years in a creative design role - entertainment or games marketing related would be an asset
/Skilled in quickly creating motion-graphics and animations designed to grab the eye while clearly communicating key messages
/Experience in dealing across publishing or marketing functions such as PR, Community Management, Brand, and Product Owner
/Creative teams/Knowledge of the fundamentals and theory of visual design
/Taking existing marketing collateral (key art, promotional images and style guides) and finding new/compelling ways to present them in a digital medium
